SUN INVEST

essolar-sun-invest-marca.png

The Sun Invest Condominium creates the necessary technical and economic conditions for any individual/organization to invest in their own power generation unit. In a shared area of 50,000 m2 and with a peak installed capacity of 3.0 Megawatts, each consumer can own their own photovoltaic plant for self-production of electricity.

The project will be implemented in 3 phases, each with an installed capacity of 1.0 Megawatt peak and consisting of 200 basic generation modules of 5.0 kilowatt peak, with a potential production of 650 kilowatt-hours/month on average. The implementation of each phase will begin once 60% (120 units) of the basic generation modules have been sold. The launch of the next phase will only occur if all the basic modules from the previous phase have been sold and delivered.

The implementation of the phases will be carried out by ESSOLAR on a "turn-key" basis, with direct invoicing of suppliers and service providers to the condominium.

Advantages of investing in a photovoltaic building compared to installing it in your home or business.

  • An optimized design, with no risk of physical interference, now or in the future, that could compromise the attractiveness of the investment;

  • Economies of scale in equipment acquisition and deployment, reducing investment costs;

  • Sharing the costs of operation, maintenance, and conservation with other stakeholders, enabling the hiring of specialized professionals on a continuous basis for this purpose;

  • Guarantee that the rate of return on investment and the amortization period will not be affected by unforeseen interferences or by poor operation or maintenance;

  • The ability to choose the size of your generating capacity without worrying about the availability of space for your facilities;

  • Choosing a project location within the area covered by the Superintendency for the Development of the Northeast – SUDENE, favors obtaining financing with very attractive interest rates for business investors;

  • A future investment that can be sold or rented to third parties.

Learn about the steps in the process.

1 - Energy Conversion

Photovoltaic panels convert solar energy into electrical energy. However, this energy is produced at low voltage, in direct current, and needs to be transformed into alternating current and increased to the distribution voltage.

2 - Connection

The electrical energy produced by the photovoltaic panels is delivered to frequency inverters that convert the energy from direct current to alternating current and subsequently to transformers, which increase the low-voltage electrical energy to the distribution voltage.

3 - Distribution

The surplus electricity produced by the photovoltaic installation is fed into the utility's distribution system. Once delivered to the distribution system, the energy is transported by the utility to any point in the system, within its concession area, for use by the investor in the consumer units under their ownership.

4 - Consumption Compensation

The surplus electricity produced by the photovoltaic installation is then used to offset the electricity consumption verified in the interested party's premises. It is possible to accumulate the unused surplus for up to 60 months for use at a time when consumption exceeds any generation, guaranteeing energy security, economic stability and comfort for the investor who will not need to worry about the cost of the energy bill.
